Herman Upmann was a German banker who loved Cuban cigars so much that he moved to Havana in 1844. There, in addition to banking, he also started dealing in cigars. H. Upmann cigar boxes are adorned with 11 gold medals he won at international exhibitions during the 19th century, along with his signature. After almost 20 years, Habanos has reissued the fantastic H. Upmann Noellas cigar! The vitolas are characterized by a smooth aroma. The cigars are made from the finest tobaccos of the Vuelta Abajo region of Pinar del Rio in Cuba.
